You’ll have access to the entire house, no restrictions, to include the 2-car garage fits one mid-sized SUV when parked at an angle. Essentials provided to include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, linens & towels, fully equipped kitchen, and high-speed internet. Please note that this property is a multi-level townhome with only one bedroom on the ground level. The kitchen and all other amenities are accessible only by stairs. We offer contactless check-in/out by way of digital keypads and are here to help with 24/7 guest services. *No smoking is allowed inside the home including on the main level barbecue deck, as it disturbs the neighbors. You may smoke on the open roof deck, but please properly dispose of your butts and other smoking paraphernalia- do not flick butts, roaches, or leave them on the deck. Violating the smoking policy will result in a $250 odor fee for deodorizing. Thank you for your consideration. *No parties are allowed. Quiet hours are observed from 10pm-8am. Any noise violation or complaints will result in an immediate eviction and a $500 fine. We are an end-unit, but we do share walls with neighbors and the sound carries when outdoors. *We are pet friendly to well-behaved, housebroken pets. A $100 pet fee applies. Please be courteous to other tenants and pick up all pet waste.
